What the service does

CompanyMove helps production teams manage projects, crew assignments, schedules, call sheets, post-production and company-branded client reviews. A company owner controls membership and company settings; producers manage the work they are authorized to manage.

Your account and company

Use an email address you control. Keep sign-in credentials and private links secure. Creating a workspace establishes a separate company workspace in CompanyMove; it does not create a legal business entity or establish ownership of a domain or trademark.

Upload and share only content you are authorized to use. Company owners are responsible for choosing who can access their workspace and what is published to clients. CompanyMove does not determine employment status, approve contracts on your behalf or replace your production company's agreements.

Early access and pricing

CompanyMove’s early phase is available by invitation. No payment details are required for an early-access workspace, and subscription billing is not enabled. Features and availability may change as the product develops. Any future paid offering will explain its price and require a separate purchase decision.

Production responsibility

Verify important details and maintain an appropriate backup plan for live work. Contact the responsible producer for schedule, booking, pay or delivery decisions. External services and device platforms control their own availability and delivery behavior.

Custom domains

Connecting a custom domain requires ownership verification, DNS configuration and secure HTTPS. Entering an address in settings saves a setup request; it does not automatically grant domain ownership or complete the connection.
