Privacy notice

Effective October 26, 2026. CompanyMove is a production coordination service operated by Moorhouse Creative, LLC. Its iPhone crew companion is currently named Crew Sheet.

Information we use

We process account names, email addresses, password credentials, email-verification and sign-in records, preferences and information you provide in your profile. Production companies add company details, projects, schedules, locations, crew assignments, rates, booking responses and other production records. You may choose to upload company logos, photos, documents, personal gear details and an optional W-9.

We also use operational records to secure and maintain the service. Optional notifications use device tokens. If you enable Live Activities, assigned published schedule details can appear on your locked device.

How information is shared

Company access is controlled through company memberships, roles and project assignments. Producers and owners can access records needed to manage their company. Crew see information shared with them for their work. Your personal account can belong to more than one company, but this does not give those companies access to each other's private workspaces.

Company logos are public brand assets. Published client deliverables and review information are available to people who have the project's private review link. Keep these links private. Producers control publication and whether approved videos can be downloaded. Reviewers may provide names, comments, approval records and timestamps.

When a company connects a service such as Frame.io, Vimeo, Google or Wave, information needed for that feature is exchanged with the connected service. Cloudflare provides the application's hosting, database, file storage and email-delivery infrastructure. Connected services have their own privacy practices. If you use an AI planning or document-import tool, submitted content is processed by the configured service to produce a proposal for you to review.

Cookies and tracking

We use session cookies and browser storage for authentication, workspace choices, preferences and workflow recovery. These pages do not include advertising trackers. We do not use your production data for advertising.

Retention and choices

Records are retained while needed to provide and secure the service, including records a production company needs for its jobs and agreements. You can export your personal data or request account deletion through Account Settings → Account & password. Owners can export their company records. Some company-owned business records may remain after a person's account is deleted.

Optional notifications can be disabled in account settings or device settings. You choose which companies can access an uploaded W-9. For a privacy request or help with access, contact alex@moorhousecreative.com.
